Currently, delivery is only to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, we are always striving to improve our customers' experience and may offer additional ways of delivery or collection through our marketing channels. Transportation and the official partner with Peace Parfum is Aramex, and it will contact you to arrange the process of receiving the product. Most of the time, shipping takes 3 to 5 working days. The carrier company provides delivery service to most of all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are outside the urban area, we will kindly ask you to collect your order from the nearest Aramex office to you.
Orders that were placed outside our normal working hours, after placing orders during the day, or on Fridays, in any official holiday in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, are considered to have been registered on the first working day in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following the date on which the request was made.
You can exchange the product(s) by returning it within 3 (three) days from the date of receiving the purchase order.
It is required that the product/s be returned in their original condition upon receipt in the original box and original packaging, and you must present the original invoice.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange the returned product(s) for another:
of matching value
or of a lower value, in which case the excess will be returned to you
or of a higher value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

Peace Parfum's policy requires that none of the amounts paid by the customer be returned using any of the payment methods when purchasing on the site. Where we provide our valued customers with a service to recover the amounts they paid by exchanging them for vouchers of the same value, and we also allow you to replace the products that you have purchased for free, as we will take care of the costs of returning the product and issue a voucher of the same value as the product that will be replaced. This method enables you to choose the appropriate size from the same product that was returned, or to buy another product of the same value
